May 2008 ‘Wink Bingo’ launches stunning new creative with female-targeted
national washroom activity

Wink Bingo has taken over the UK’s female washrooms with two exciting new creatives - one conceptualised specifically for the washroom environment.  Appearing in 950 venues including Shopping Centres, Health Clubs, Motorway Services and leading Bars, the campaign will create 130 million poster impacts and reach around 15 million potential female online bingo players over 4 weeks.

 

Wink Bingo specifically selected washroom media for its captive audience in a bid to drive brand awareness as well as for its direct response capabilities. Using ‘Direct Response Tear offs’ – removable business card-sized slips integrated in to the poster creative – Wink Bingo hopes to drive visits to their website offering a free £15 introductory usage credit that gives the user the opportunity to win up to £10,000.

 

The campaign activity, which additionally features press and TV advertising, also appeared in Admedia Baby Change facilities for the ‘Nurse’ creative showing a midwife playing Wink Bingo in the inappropriate setting of the delivery room. This part of the campaign will create 10 million poster impacts and reach 3.4 million visitors to Baby Change facilities in 4 weeks.
