Why we love it: BlueArrow Recruitment focused their campaign in the key Midlands area in order to only capture those in proximity to the warehouse jobs. By focusing on washroom advertising in Bars, Shopping centres & Network Rail, meant their two male and female creatives were 100% gender-targeted. Capturing potential job seekers on the backs of cubicle doors and above urinals allowed for a long dwell time to really get across the clever play on words such as ‘Fancy Taking a Shift?’, integrated within the creative.
